Cooling-off for digital passes
Because passes include scheduled hosting resources, statutory cooling-off rights may be limited once a session begins. Where New Zealand consumer law grants a cooling-off period for distance sales, we honor that period and refund undelivered sessions within ten business days of an approved request.
Aurora Drop-In Session refunds
If you cancel twenty-four hours before the published meet time, you receive a full product refund minus payment processor fees we cannot reclaim. Cancellations inside twenty-four hours receive a fifty percent credit toward another drop-in within thirty days unless severe weather triggers the weather clause below.
Harbour Cadence Pass adjustments
Unused weeks may be frozen once per pass for travel or caregiving duties when you notify us seventy-two hours ahead with documentation if requested. Frozen weeks extend the pass end date without additional hosting fees.
Latitude Quarter Bundle changes
Quarter bundles may convert to Harbour Cadence Pass credit if you relocate outside Auckland before using more than four sessions. The conversion uses the per-session price implied at purchase and excludes promotional add-ons.
Weather and civic closures
When MetService issues red warnings for your walk window or police close corridors, we automatically reschedule and issue digital vouchers equal to the affected session. Cash refunds apply only if no reschedule date works within fourteen days.
Host cancellation
If we cancel for staffing shortages, you choose between a full refund for the affected session or priority booking to the next equivalent product window at no additional charge.
Partial completion of bundles
If you relocate mid-quarter after attending eight sessions, we calculate a partial credit equal to the unused portion of the bundle price minus a fifteen percent administration fee, unless consumer law requires a higher refund.
Gift purchases
Gift purchases follow the same return windows as direct purchases once the recipient activates the pass. Givers may request transfer of unused value to another recipient one time per order with identity verification.
Chargebacks and disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing errors quickly. Chargebacks filed while a pass remains active may pause hosting until the dispute clears.
Non-transferable elements
Digital route packs and safety briefings are licensed, not sold, and cannot be resold. Transfer of attendance rights follows the team rules published on the morning plans page.
How to request a return or credit
Email the desk through the contact form with your order reference, product name, and preferred remedy. We acknowledge within one business day and finalize decisions within five business days except during holiday peaks, when we publish extended timelines on khorlynnpphrexan.ddd.
Refusal grounds
We may refuse returns when abuse of swaps is detected, when attendance logs show no-show without notice, or when requests fall outside the windows described above and consumer law does not mandate otherwise.
